On 22 November 2010, we changed the way our services will be provided for our customers.

We will no longer be offering new financing facilities to customers for the forseeable future.

However, our Customer Service and Collections operations will continue to ensure existing customers are handled with continued excellence.

The Customer Service and Collections operations will be provided on our behalf by Target Loan Servicing Ltd based in Newport, South Wales.

Customers should not notice any differences to the services provided to them, nor to the security in which payments can be made.

Corporate Headquarters will continue to operate from our existing premises in Slough with a small residual team.

May we take this opportunity to thank all our customers and staff for their continued support and contribution to British Credit Trust.  Our commitment to excellent customer service and simplicity for our customers will continue to drive the manner in which we conduct our business in this next phase of British Credit Trust's history.
